Delete your OkPilot Worker account

You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be signed in. Fill in the form below and we will start the process. You will get an email confirming the request, and we notify your employer at the same time — so you do not have to chase anyone yourself.

Why your employer is involved

OkPilot is workforce software. Your worker account was created by the company you work for, and under privacy law they are the controller of your data and we are the processor acting on their instructions. Their operational and legal records are the reason some information has to outlive your account.

So a deletion request has two halves, and this form starts both at once:

OkPilot deletes your personal account and the data we hold directly.
Your employer is emailed the request and confirms removal from their operational record.

If your employer does not respond, OkPilot remains responsible for completing the request, and we will.

What gets deleted, and what does not

Your phone number, name, and contact details	Deleted within 30 days	Identifies you directly and has no retention basis of its own.
Location points	Deleted within 30 days	Your position is only ever needed while a job is live.
Anything cached on your phone	Deleted immediately when you uninstall the app	Your session token and offline job cache never leave the device, so removing the app removes them.
Completed job records and proof photos	Retained, but disassociated from you	These are your employer's business records — a customer can dispute a delivery months later, and tax and dispute obligations apply to them. Your identity is stripped from them; the job itself survives without your name attached.
Payment and earnings records	Retained by your employer for as long as their tax and payroll law requires	Your employer is legally required to keep proof of what they paid you. This is not OkPilot's decision to make.

How long it takes

Immediately: your request is recorded and you and your employer are emailed.
Within 7 days: we verify the request is genuinely from you, using the phone number on the account.
Within 30 days: deletion is complete and you receive written confirmation.

Backups are overwritten on their own cycle, which completes within a further 90 days. Deleted data is never restored into live systems from a backup.

Before you submit

Two things worth knowing, so nothing is a surprise:

Deleting your account ends your access to the app. If you still work for this employer, you will not be able to receive jobs. Talk to them first.
Use the phone number you sign in with. It is how we confirm the request is really yours. A request we cannot match to an account is one we cannot safely action.

Email hello@okpilot.ai with the subject line "Account deletion", and include your full name, the phone number you sign in with, and the company you work for. This reaches the same place as the form.
