How billing works
A job
A job is counted when it moves to a completed or resolved status. Draft jobs, cancelled jobs and jobs still in progress are not counted. You are never billed for work that did not happen.
Going over
If you exceed your included jobs in a month, additional jobs are billed at the overage rate for your plan. There is no penalty, no throttling, and no interruption. You just pay for the extra jobs at the rate shown.
Busy season
On annual billing, your job allowance is pooled across the twelve months. A busy December and a quiet January balance out. You are never penalized for seasonality.
Past 15,000 jobs a month, the list price stops making sense.
