We started as a delivery operation. We dispatched drivers, managed routes, dealt with late orders, chased proof of delivery, and fielded "where is my order?" calls all day. We tried every tool on the market. They all assumed we had time to learn them, a dedicated ops team to run them, and a willingness to reshape our business to fit their workflow.
So we built our own. We made it understand plain language so dispatchers did not need training. We made it watch the day so it could catch problems before we did. And we made it configurable enough that when we expanded into service, inspections, and collections, the same system adapted without a rebuild.
