OkPilot protects field operations data with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, role-based access controls, and cloud infrastructure with automated backups and redundancy. Your data stays yours and is never sold or shared.
Data encryption
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Database backups are encrypted with the same standard. API connections between your devices and our servers are secured end to end.
Access controls
Role-based permissions let you control who sees what. Dispatchers, field staff, and account owners each get exactly the access they need and nothing more. You manage roles from the console, and changes take effect immediately.
Data ownership
Your data stays yours. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it to train models. You can export your full dataset at any time, and if you leave, we delete it on request. No lock-in, no hostage data.
Infrastructure
OkPilot runs on cloud infrastructure with automated backups, redundancy across availability zones, and monitoring around the clock. We maintain regular patching cycles and run vulnerability assessments to stay ahead of threats.
